Fenrir — Terms of Use and Refund Policy

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern the relationship between [COMPANY NAME] ("Fenrir", "we") and the person who downloads, installs or uses the Fenrir desktop program (the "Program", "you"). By installing or using the Program you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy (section 9). If you do not accept them, do not use the Program.

2. Independence statement

Fenrir is independent software. It has no affiliation, partnership or endorsement with any game developer or publisher (including Lilith Games). Game names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility.

3. Game rules and account risk

3.1. Automation programs may violate the terms of service of the game you play. The game publisher may warn, temporarily restrict, permanently ban or wipe items from accounts that use automation.
3.2. The decision to use the Program is entirely yours. You are solely responsible for your game account, its items, your purchases and your agreement with the game publisher.
3.3. Fenrir is not liable for restrictions, bans or resets of your game account, or for loss of items, resources, progress or in-game purchases; no refunds or compensation are given for these reasons.
3.4. Fenrir does not include, and does not promise, any feature intended to evade the publisher's detection systems.
3.5. You may use the Program only on your own game accounts or accounts whose owner has expressly allowed it.

4. License

4.1. For the period you have paid for, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to run the Program for personal use on the number of computers/emulators/accounts in your package.
4.2. All rights in the Program, models, templates and documentation belong to Fenrir or its licensors. You buy a right of use, not the software itself.
4.3. Your license key is personal. Sharing, selling or using it by more than one person is prohibited.
4.4. The license is bound to one computer. If you change computers you can move the license to the new one yourself from the Program, at most twice in 30 days; for more, contact support.
4.5. The license is verified with our server at activation and then once a day (also while the Program runs); the data sent is described in the Privacy Policy. Without an internet connection the Program keeps running for 72 hours after the last successful check and then stops until the connection is back.
4.6. The number of accounts allowed by your package is the total of emulators the Program manages at the same time and characters it plays in turn; if the limit is exceeded the Program does not start.
4.7. Contribution discount: For a license bought with a discount code marked "data sharing required", "Help improve Fenrir" in the Program (anonymous data sharing, Privacy Policy section 4) is turned on and the discount applies as long as sharing stays on. You can turn sharing off at any time; if you do, the discount ends and your remaining license time is shortened by the discount rate (e.g. with a 30% discount, 30% of the remaining time is removed), and your license continues as a normal license. If sharing is turned off outside the Program, the Program asks you; if no decision is made within 3 days, the discount ends the same way. No separate refund is given for the shortened time. Your right to have the data you sent deleted ("Delete my data") always applies and does not affect the discount.

5. Prohibited use

You may not copy, distribute, rent or resell the Program; reverse engineer it, extract its source code or bypass license or update protections (except where the law requires it); use or modify the Program to attack, harass or defraud other players or to damage the game economy; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. No warranty

The Program is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will always work, work without interruption or errors, or collect any particular amount of resources or gems. After a game update the Program may stop working for a while; we make reasonable efforts to update it but promise no timeframe.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fenrir is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data, losses related to your game account, or actions of third parties (including the game publisher).
7.2. In any case, Fenrir's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Program in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
7.3. Liability for intent or gross negligence and liability that cannot be limited by law are excluded from this limit.

8. Your indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover losses arising from claims against Fenrir caused by your breach of these terms or of the game's terms of service.

9. Payment and refunds

9.1. Payments are taken through [PAYMENT PROVIDER]; your card details never reach us. Subscriptions renew at the end of each period until you cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
9.2. Right of withdrawal: the Program is digital content. If, when purchasing, you expressly agree to immediate delivery of the license and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the license is delivered (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/ğ; EU Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m)).
9.3. Technical refund: if within [7] days of purchase the Program does not run on a supported setup (MuMu Player 12 or LDPlayer 9, 1920×1080) and our support cannot fix it, we refund the price.
9.4. No refunds are given for the game account consequences listed in section 3 (restrictions, bans, losses), for license sharing or for breaches of these terms.

10. Suspension and termination

If you breach these terms (especially license sharing, resale or bypassing protections) your license may be suspended or terminated without notice and without refund. You may stop using the Program at any time.

11. Updates and changes

We may update the Program and add or remove features. The Program may download and install signed updates automatically (can be turned off under Settings → Updates); if an update causes problems the previous version is restored. Updates can only be downloaded with a valid license (not expired, not suspended, bound to that computer). We may temporarily disable features remotely for a specific game version where they cause problems. If these terms change, the new version is shown in the Program and your acceptance is asked again to continue.

12. Age

You must be 18 years or older to use the Program.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of [CITY] have jurisdiction; consumers keep their statutory right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and courts of their place of residence. Consumers in the EU also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
